Exchange Policy – Shopperstrend India

At Shopperstrend India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7 Days Exchange Policy under the terms mentioned below.

If you received any damage or defective we will exchange it but for that compulsory unboxing video which showing damage or defective product.

Please include:

  • Reason for exchange

  • Supporting images/videos (if applicable)

Refund Approval

  • Once we receive your request, our team will review it.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Incomplete or missing items
